Registration for a class in our training center is complete once your payment is received, assuming that there is still room in the class when it arrives (and the class has not canceled due to low enrollment).

Although using PayPal is faster, both check and cash are acceptable forms of payment.  All check or cash payments must be received at our home office (1941 Yorkshire Ave., St. Paul, MN 55116) no less than one day before the class.

If paying by check, make it out to:

1. CPR-Twin Cities
   

On the front of the check, write:

1. two phone numbers
   

2. your driver’s license number
   

Besides your check or cash, place a note inside an envelope with the:

1. name and date of the requested class
   

2. name, phone number, mailing address and e-mail address of the person who will be attending class
   

Payment well in advance of the class is highly advised.  If the class fills up (or cancels) by the time the payment is received, you’ll have your choice of applying your payment toward the next available class or having it returned to you.
