You have a variety of CPR-Twin Cities options: Adult CPR/AED, Child CPR/AED, Infant CPR/AED, and assorted combinations, to fit your particular needs. You’ll find an explanation of what is meant by “adult,” “child” and “infant” below. Of these options, only the Adult and Pediatric (Child-Infant) CPR/AED and the Pediatric (Child-Infant) CPR/AED classes fulfill the State of Minnesota Rule 3 CPR/AED requirements for child care workers. The classes below do not, however, include First Aid, but that option is available. (Click here for a money-saving CPR/AED/First Aid combo.)

While these classes do not fulfill the requirements for most health care providers and safety professionals, they are acceptable for most other professions. Please read class descriptions and check with your employer, school, professional organization before registering, so you’re certain that this class will meet their requirements.

If you need BLS (Basic Life Support) CPR/AED certification for health care providers and safety professionals — with or without First Aid — click here.
Definitions of Adult, Child and Infant — Please Read!

  • An “adult” is considered to be someone approximately 12 years or older.
  • A “child” is considered to be someone approximately 1 up to 12 years old.
  • An “infant” is considered to be someone younger than 1 year old.
In review (or recertification) classes, all students will be required to show proof of successful completion of the same CPR Twin Cities class (or its American Red Cross or American Heart Association equivalent) within the past two years. (There is a grace period of 30 days.)

While delivery is free for most classes held in Minneapolis, St. Paul and their first-ring suburbs, there is a minimum delivery charge of $45 per session for classes held beyond the first ring of suburbs. Due to time- and labor-intensive logistical factors in high-density areas, there is a $100 delivery charge for CPR classes held in downtown Minneapolis and downtown St. Paul.

The prices listed listed on this page are for a minimum of six students per class. To maintain our high standards for exceptional personal attention, we limit our CPR/AED (cardiopulmonary resuscitation/automated external defibrillator) classes to a maximum of 10 students.

Our per-student pricing for this class is already discounted for groups. In addition, there is a 10% discount off that discounted price if you:

  • book and pay for training for at least 25 students (in more than one class session, to maintain the per-class maximum); or
  • book and pay for your class at least 60 days in advance.

Since short-notice classes are more complicated to coordinate, there is a 10% surcharge on classes scheduled and paid for less than 14 days in advance, and a 25% surcharge on classes scheduled and paid for less than 7 days in advance.

Discounts and surcharges have no effect on the delivery fee.

All prices are subject to change without notice.
